Slovenian chef Ana Roš boosted the self-confidence of Czech gastronomy

MICHELIN guide expands its map of flavours - for the first time it will cover the whole Czechia
For the first time in history, a separate selection of the MICHELIN Guide is being created to cover the entire Czechia. This year, the company's inspectors are tasting Czech cuisine across the country and looking for the best gastronomic experiences. The new selection will be presented by the company on 11 December 2025 in Mariánské Lázně during a gala evening attended by domestic chefs, regional representatives and other personalities from the gastronomic world. CzechTourism Slovakia joined the worldwide launch of Dan Brown's new novel, published on the Slovak book market under the title Posledné tajemstvo. In cooperation with the IKAR publishing house, it took part in the opening ceremony at the Panta Rhei bookstore in Bratislava's Eurovea shopping centre. More than 770 Swedes competed for a trip to Pilsen, while four new Czech breweries presented themselves in Oslo. Autumn in Scandinavia belonged to Czech beer - and the interest was huge. The long-standing tradition of Czech beer and the experiences associated with it as the main theme of the B2B event with "Czech Beer Day" in Oslo.
